Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours, and appointments are reserved specifically for you. The following policy applies to all services unless otherwise noted. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late Arrivals Appointments will end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without fee adjustment. No-Shows Failure to attend an appointment without notice is considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment in full for future bookings. On-Farm & Travel Appointments For on-farm or travel-based services, late cancellations may still incur fees to cover travel time and scheduling commitments. Emergencies We understand that true emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
