At Chasing Gold Performance (“Chasing Gold”), we are committed to offering a thoughtful, transparent, and supportive purchasing experience. Due to the nature of our products, return eligibility varies by category. Please review the information below carefully.

Shipping Availability
  • HELTIE horse® nutrition products are shipped within Canada only at this time.

  • Sport Innovations PEMF equipment is available for shipment:

    • Within the United States for U.S. customers

    • Within Canada for Canadian customers

Returns – Nutritional & Wellness Products

Due to the consumable nature of nutritional supplements and wellness products, returns are not accepted as a standard practice.

That said, we understand that unique situations may arise. Return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.

If a return is approved:
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Supplements)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll review the issue and provide next steps, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Returns – PEMF Equipment

Due to the high-value and specialized nature of PEMF equipment, returns are not routinely accepted, particularly once equipment has been used.

If a concern arises, customers must contact us directly so we can review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any consideration of a return or cancellation is subject to review and may depend on:

  • Manufacturer policies

  • Equipment condition

  • Shipping status

  • Applicable restocking fees (typically 15%, if a return is approved)

Please note that approval of a return is not guaranteed, and unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Supporting Confident PEMF Purchases

PEMF systems are a meaningful investment, and our goal is to help clients make informed, confident decisions.

To support this process, rental options may be available for certain PEMF systems, allowing clients to experience the equipment prior to purchase and confirm it is the right fit for their horse and program.

We also provide guided support throughout the decision-making process, including discussions around goals, usage expectations, and available options.

PEMF Equipment & Warranty Support

PEMF equipment purchased through Chasing Gold is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

We work closely with our manufacturing partners to help facilitate warranty support and ensure a coordinated, seamless customer service experience.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your PEMF equipment, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist or guide you to the appropriate next steps.

Return Shipping & Responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for any approved returns.

  • Chasing Gold Performance is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
