RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free. Eligibility:

The return process must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged ( reviewed upon receipt).

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item(s) you wish to return.

Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) along with a copy of the order confirmation email.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Refund Process:

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

If the returned item(s) meet the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
