Telephone & Toll-Free Communications

Social Media Inquiries & Consent

Chasing Gold maintains active social media profiles for education and general communication. Clients and prospective customers may contact us through social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook).

While we are happy to respond to general questions through social media, we do not provide quotes, consultations, or transactional details through social media direct messages alone.

When a conversation progresses beyond general information, individuals may be asked to complete a secure contact or intake form to:

  • Acknowledge consent to be contacted

  • Provide accurate contact information

  • Support appropriate follow-up by phone or email

Completion of a form constitutes express consent to be contacted by Chasing Gold regarding the requested information, quote, consultation, rental, or related services.

Individuals are not added to marketing lists solely due to social media contact, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.
